Why it takes so long?

The last visit was November 2013, now is November 2016. Why it takes so long for another visit? Alhamdulillah, my colleagues ( Dr Hazmi & Dr. Amalina) managed to share and presented a paper on Legal education in Malaysia, which was presented by my colleague Dr. Amalina in ASLI Annual Conference in China, October 2015. Prof Andrew Harding was our Visiting Professor was surprise to hear that the degree still did not get exemption to sit for Certificate Legal Profession (CLP) in order to qualify as a chambering students. Just doa, it is a matter of time. Insya Allah.

August- November 2016

Alhamdulillah, I have been away for sabbatical leave since 1 August 2016. It is almost three months. Still struggling and juggling to complete the book. A few articles on the way. On top of that, reading and writing have been a therapy for me. I am still supervising PhD and Master students. Engaging intellectual discussion with them, make me, thankful everyday. I also managed to assist the Faculty in preparing course outline for Institut Raden ( IRDAK, Singapore) also progress report and Bulletin FSU. Alhamdulillah. At the moment, I am still writing with my colleagues, Media Law in Malaysia. Time flies very fast. Managed to have a short vacation in Jakarta, Indonesia 28 October 2016 until 1 November 2016. My kids and I enjoyed Jakarta. Next trip- Jakarta or Singapore? Insya Allah.
